er name is Julia Vins. Looking at her from the neck up, she may look like your average teenage girl. However this 19-year-old is far from average.

Unlike most people in the world, Julia can deadlift over 400 pounds! Just so you get an idea of what that means, that’s about the weight of a fully grown male lion!

She began lifting in September of 2012 at the age of 16 and has since documented her progression on her website, which now has millions of followers. Julia is an inspiration to millions and millions of people.

On her website, Vins writes that she began lifting without any real goal in mind, hoping to simply gain some self confidence and strength. ‘Initially, I set a goal to become stronger because I had absolutely no confidence in myself. At first I just went to the gym, and for a year worked without a program, and in September 2012 I had the opportunity to engage in powerlifting.'

After a while, she became known as ‘muscle Barbie’ because of her big beautiful eyes and extraordinary physique. ‘I have these big eyes and I wear makeup but at the same time, I’m strong,’ she wrote.

However, not everyone is into her body type, and while she admits there are some people who make negative comments about her appearance, she doesn’t let them affect her dream of becoming as big as possible. Keep it up, Julia! You rock!
